Once we have gone over your vending needs and hashed out the basic stuff – if you choose to go with us, we offer a ZERO-risk relationship that doesn’t lock you in for months and years like other companies.
We offer a no-strings-attached, cancel-anytime policy!
If you are not satisfied with our services, we can remove our machines – no questions asked.
4. Machine setup (the fun part)
We handle all the setup costs and logistics, at no charge or headache to you.
Everest Vending will cover all maintenance, repairs and stocking of machines.
5. Regular maintenance and support
Once installed, we provide on-going service to make sure that machines are always stocked and never run out of any products.
We use state of the art machines and our full-line machines are equipped with iVend which guarantee product delivery (coupled with credit-card readers which provide a quick and cashless experience for your customers).
We are always on call for any issues that may arise and will be out the same day or within 24 hours to trouble-shoot any issues.

Yes, our services are completely FREE – always and forever. We pay for the machines, inventory, maintenance, servicing and any costs associated with the machines. You won’t have any legwork or payments from your end.
We do. Everest Vending is responsible for all maintenance, servicing, inventory and cleaning of the machines we place. We will stop in at least once a week to ensure that products are well-stocked, the machine is functioning properly, there are no jams or other technical issues. We will also check product expiry dates and clean the machines.
Yes, we have a QR code that you can scan with your phone and text your product wishlist to. We only ask that you include the store name & location in the text so we know what product goes where. We also take informal paper-written requests. Our job is to make your and your customers’ lives easier when using our products and services.
Absolutely, we do. We get our products directly from the wholesalers – all of whom sell the latest and greatest in healthy snacks and drinks.
It depends on the machine. Typically, a small Gumball machine can take up around a square-foot while a full-line snack / drink / combo machine can be the size of a fridge (around 5 square-feet). Please keep in mind that not all machines are the same size. Each machine will slightly vary in size, the aforementioned dimensions are only a rough estimate.
